Spiral Steel Pipe
The water supply pipelines fabricated by welding steel plates can withstand extremely high internal pressures and relatively high external pressures. The diameters of steel pipes used in urban water supply pipeline projects generally range from DN600mm to DN2000mm. They are more frequently applied in working conditions with higher requirements, and the maximum diameter of steel pipes can reach DN4000mm.
Our company owns advanced longitudinal submerged arc welding (LSAW) pipe production lines, which are capable of producing LSAW pipes with diameters ranging from φ700mm to 4000mm and wall thicknesses below 80mm. We also possess advanced double-sided submerged arc welding (DSAW) spiral steel pipe production lines, which can produce DSAW spiral steel pipes with diameters from φ219mm to 2220mm and wall thicknesses from 6mm to 24mm, as well as 3PE anti-corrosion spiral steel pipes. Our products conform to the standards of GB/T9711 - 2011, SY/T5037 - 2008, ASTM A252\\A53, ISO3183, DIN17172, EN10217, JIS G3457, GB/T3091 - 2015, and GB/T21835. Additionally, we can also manufacture special pipes that meet specific standards according to the requirements of our customers.
