Prestressed Concrete Solid Square Pile

Prestressed concrete solid square pile is a kind of precast concrete square pile with prestressed bars and stirrups, formed by pretensioning process and self compacting concrete (concrete compressive strength is 60 MPa or above）.

Compared with ordinary solid square piles the bearing capacity is increased by 30% to 40%;

It can be directly connected to the pile cap/footing by welding or anchoring;

Excellent anti-corrosion performance, strong frost resistance, suitable for pile foundation engineering in areas with moderate to strong corrosion and cold freezing;

Suitable for pile foundation engineering in high-intensity areas, sand liquefaction areas, ultra deep silt layers, or areas with high horizontal forces and super high-rise buildings.
