Wing Edge Pipe Pile
Centrifugally molded prestressed spindle-shaped hollow components are available in fully prestressed and hybrid reinforcement forms, with a concrete strength higher than 80 MPa, offering good structural performance and durability.
The wing edges on both sides feature tongue-and-groove joints, with one side having a continuous groove and the other side featuring an upper groove and lower tongue.
After piling, grout is injected into the grooves to provide effective soil leakage prevention. The piling process is highly efficient, requiring no cofferdam and producing no slurry discharge, making it economical and environmentally friendly.
Suitable for various retaining structures such as river and lake management and canal revetments, it can be applied to foundations of cohesive soil, silt, sand, and weathered rock, particularly in areas requiring significant retaining wall heights.
