Prestressed Ultra-High-strength Concerte Pipe Pile
Prestressed Ultra-High-Strength Concrete Pipe Pile (UHC Pile) is a prestressed concrete pipe pile with a concrete cube compressive strength of 105 MPa or 125 MPa. Due to the high concrete strength, the pile exhibits excellent resistance to impact and strong penetration capabilities. When combined with the pile planting method it fully leverages the high strength of the pile body to enhance the load-bearing capacity of individual piles and reduce construction costs.

Jianhua Holdings Group’s Ultra High Strength Concrete Pipe Pile (PHC Pile) is a cutting-edge precast, pretensioned prestressed concrete pile engineered for superior durability and load-bearing performance. Manufactured using advanced centrifugal and steam-curing processes, our PHC piles achieve a compressive strength exceeding 80 MPa, with low permeability (impermeability grade > P12) and exceptional resistance to impact, bending, and corrosive environments.

Ultra-high strength (C90–C110 concrete grades) outperforms conventional piles, ensuring longevity in harsh environments.

DPHC series incorporates specialized admixtures to combat chloride/sulfate ingress.

Reduced maintenance costs due to extended service life. Industrialized production minimizes waste and ensures consistent quality.

Compatible with diverse soil conditions, from soft clay to rocky strata. Splice-ready designs facilitate on-site extensions (welded, bolted, or FRP-jacketed options).
