Precast Thin-Wall Steel and Spun Concrete Composite Pile
Precast Thir-Wall Steel and Spun Concrete Composite Pile (SC Pile) is a type of pile formed by pumping high-strength concrete into steel pipes, which are spiralwelded from Q235B or Q345B steel, and then centrifugally molded.
Sc Pile is produced using a centrifugal process, resulting in a strong bond between the steel pipe and the concrete. The steel pipe provides confinement to the internal concrete, placing it in a triaxial stress state, which significantly increases its strength and improves its shape and toughness.
SC Pile demonstrates excellent mechanical properties, rapid piling speed, strong penetration ability, and high resistance to hammer impact. It is commonly used in projects with substantial vertical and horizontal loads.
SC Pile is divided into two types: Type I and Type II. Type I: The outer steel pipe is made of Q235B steel. Type II: The outer steel pipe is made of Q345B steel.
