Discussion and Exchange

This project adopts world-leading non-autoclaved PHC pile technology, equipped with intelligent production lines and photovoltaic green power systems. Once completed, it will offer a full range of high-quality concrete products—such as piles, poles, and components—serving infrastructure construction needs across Uzbekistan and Central Asia.

As a key practice of CCSP’s "Technology + Standards + Industrial Chain" 3.0 internationalization model, the project aims to promote the modernization of the Central Asian building materials industry by exporting internationally advanced pile technology standards and digital factory management expertise. At the same time, as Tongchi International’s first production base in Central Asia, the project represents a significant breakthrough in the company’s overseas development strategy, greatly enhancing its service capacity and brand influence in the region.

After its commissioning, the project will not only meet the growing infrastructure demands in Central Asia but also extend its reach to neighboring markets. By adopting advanced green production technologies, the project is expected to achieve significant carbon emission reductions, setting a new benchmark for green building materials in the region. It has already been included in Uzbekistan’s medium- and long-term infrastructure development priority plan and is projected to create substantial employment opportunities, actively embodying the “consultation, joint construction, and shared benefits” spirit of the Belt and Road Initiative, injecting new momentum into the region’s sustainable economic development.

Conclusion

Tongchi International and CCSP have officially established a strategic partnership. By leveraging Tongchi International’s leading expertise in concrete product R&D and technological innovation, together with CCSP’s extensive experience and technical know-how in the global building materials industry, the two parties will jointly develop a modern integrated concrete production base in Uzbekistan. The project is expected to significantly elevate the level of the local building materials industry and provide robust technical support and production capacity for infrastructure development in Uzbekistan and the Central Asian region.
