Jianhua Construction Materials (Semarang) Co., Ltd. Officially Commences Operation, Marking a New Chapter in the Indonesian Market

At 9:08 a.m. on June 19, 2025, the commencement ceremony of Jianhua Construction Materials (Semarang) Co., Ltd. was successfully held in Semarang, Indonesia. The event was attended by Mr. Wang Gang, President of Tongchi International; Mr. Chen Liwei and Mr. Li Bin, shareholders of Semarang Jianhua ; Mr. Yin Jun, Deputy General Manager of the Indonesia Region (with overall responsibility); Mr. Li Nan, Deputy General Manager (with overall responsibility) and Head of Manufacturing of Jianhua Semarang; Mr. Zhang Zhen, Deputy General Manager and Head of Marketing for the Indonesia Region; as well as heads of various departments. Together, they witnessed this significant milestone in Jianhua Group’s development in the Southeast Asian market.

The first phase of Jianhua Construction Materials (Semarang) Co., Ltd. includes one pipe pile production line, with a designed annual output of over 1.2 million meters. The production capacity is expected to drive local employment, attract upstream and downstream supporting industries, and form a closed-loop industrial chain of “production–supply–construction.” The products will directly serve the Indonesian infrastructure market, providing foundation support for residential, transportation, energy, and other sectors.

In March 2025, the Group formed a special task force by dispatching personnel from China to Semarang for production line renovation and preparation. On-site renovation officially began on May 4, and after 46 days of intensive work, equipment commissioning and process optimization were completed, ensuring the project was ready for production on schedule.

On the day of the commencement, traditional rituals were performed, followed by a guided tour of the production workshop.

 After the ceremony, President Wang Gang inspected the production site and provided guidance on production management and quality control.

As a strategic move in Jianhua Group’s deepening engagement in Southeast Asia, the establishment of the Semarang company localizes production, reduces logistics costs, significantly enhances localized competitiveness, and fills the regional gap in high-end building materials supply. It stands as a key embodiment of Jianhua Group’s “Go Global” strategy.

Looking ahead, Jianhua Construction Materials (Semarang) Co., Ltd. will rigorously implement the Group’s principle of “high-quality development,” adhere to a strategy of long-term and steady growth, continuously enhance its production and operational standards, and actively expand into the Indonesian and neighboring markets. It aims to provide a replicable and scalable model and data foundation for the planning and construction of new plants in other key regions of Southeast Asia, further supporting the implementation of Jianhua Group’s overseas strategic initiatives.
