Official Signing of Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between Tongchi International and Sinoma International

On May 23, 2025, Mr. Xu Peijian, Director and President of Jianhua Holdings Group, and Mr. Wang Gang, President of Tongchi International and Director of Jianhua Holdings Group, met with Mr. Wang Bing, Executive Director and Vice President of China National Building Material Co., Ltd., and Mr. Yin Zhisong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Sinoma International, at Sinoma International Tower in Beijing. The two parties held in-depth exchanges on overseas cooperation between Tongchi International and Sinoma International, and jointly witnessed the signing ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between the two sides.

Under the signed Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement, focusing on long-term overseas development, the two sides plan to carry out in-depth exchanges and cooperation in supply chain management, business development, logistics coordination, and localized resource sharing, strengthening upstream-downstream collaboration to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
